With this service, the candidate becomes part of HCMS N.V.'s payroll, and the employee becomes part of your organization through our arrangement. We take care of the following responsibilities:

• Clear Employment Dynamics:
  Ensuring a transparent relationship between employer and employee.
• Monthly Wage Transparency:
  Providing a clear overview of wages every month.
• Vacation Management:
  Monitoring and managing vacation days, including the payment of vacation days and allowances.
• Insurance Coverage:
  Facilitating Accident Insurance under the Suriname Occupational Risk (SOR) and Basic Health Insurance under Self Reliance (meeting legal requirements).
• Tax Withholding:
  Handling the payment of taxes related to withholding wage costs.
• Sick Leave Management:
  Covering payment for sick days, up to a maximum of 6 days per year at 100% of the daily wage.
• Maternity Leave/Pregnancy Support: Providing payment support for maternity leave/pregnancy, up to 8 weeks at 50% of the monthly salary.
